If you are attempting to join ZOOM for a scheduled appointment, class, webinar, or event:
- Private appointments are scheduled via Calendly. You should receive one (1) confirmation and two (2) reminder emails from Calendly containing the zoom link. Please check ALL of your email folders (spam, junk, notifications, newsletters, socials, promotions) for the zoom link.
- MeetUp registration: click on the event in MeetUp. After you register, click the link to join and you should be redirected to a portal page that will confirm your registration and provide you with the zoom link. Please do not post "I can't get in" discussion messages on MeetUp, as we may not see your post until after the event is finished. If you can't get access, the fastest way is to use the form below.
- Calendly registration: If you register PRIOR to the start time of the event, you should receive one (1) confirmation and two (2) reminder emails from Calendly containing the zoom link. Please check ALL of your email folders (spam, junk, notifications, newsletters, socials, promotions) for the zoom link. If you're attempting to register AFTER the start time, please check the event description in Calendly (you may need to scroll down) for a LATECOMER LINK that will redirect you to a portal page (or MeetUp if it is a paid event) to confirm your registration and provide the zoom link.
- If you still can't find the zoom link or it isn't working, please fill in the form including your name, email, and appointment type or name of class, webinar, or event so that we may reply with the correct zoom link. During events, we monitor email closely for priority messages and do our best to reply asap.
If your request is about an ORDER, please try clicking ORDER STATUS or TRACK MY ORDER. If you need further information about your order, please include your order number and date of purchase.
If your request is about purchasing a customized GIFT CERTIFICATE, please include your name, the name of the person you're giving the certificate to, and which type of service you'd like to give them (ex. a 60-min intuitive reading, a 60-minute reiki session, a soul guidance session, etc).
